Flag Football
RJF Flag Football is a great way to get started with football before going to tackle in 5th grade. Flag football consists of internal teams of 7-10 players
- Activities do not contain contact and build fundamentals that translate to tackle football
- Practices and games are on select weekday evenings starting after labor and running through mid-October.
